What can I expect from a custom closet consultation?

One of our design consultants will meet with you to discuss your needs, evaluate the space, take measurements and show sample materials to create the closet or shelving of your dreams. We will provide a project quote and sketch to illustrate the design.

What is your warranty?

We provide a structural guarantee on all the built-ins we provide. If you encounter an issue with the quality, craftsmanship or installation of our products or work we will correct the problem. This covers normal use and wear/tear of our products and install up to 12 months.

How can a space planning service benefit me?

Not everyone has a knack for designing or an ability to best utilize space.  Space planning is a process of planning taking into account the use of the space, efficiency, aesthetics.  It is not about filling up a room with furniture, but instead the careful planning in the use of space.  We do this through computer design and renderings to visually illustrate space planning to our clients.

What does it include?

We will schedule a consultation and learn more about your space and its use. Our designers discuss your vision and the function of the space and will create a floor-plan and other visuals. This also includes one review and revision of the space planning designs.

How quickly can I expect my first layout?

Following the consultation, our designer will be able to give you a project time frame. Our goal is to provide you drawings within 48 hours.

Can we purchase the furniture used in the space planning renderings directly from you?

Yes.  Each item chosen in our space planning designs are actual furniture and accessories we have selected from various vendors.  We have the exact measurements and prices. Purchase, delivery and installation are available.
